ASTM D2000 elastomer specification library

Custom compounding tailored for mechanical stress, chemical exposure, and working temperature ranges from -50°C to +250°C.
Nitrile (NBR) Compounds
Viton (FKM) Fluoropolymers
EPDM Terpolymer Grades
Silicone & Fluorosilicone
Engineered for high resistance to petroleum oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids with low compression set for industrial sealing.
Formulated for aggressive chemical environments, aromatic hydrocarbons, and concentrated acids in high-temperature fluid systems.
Extreme thermal stability, high dielectric strength, and FDA food-grade compliance for sanitary and high-heat sealing applications.
Superior ozone, UV, and steam resistance designed for outdoor enclosure seals, HVAC gaskets, and heavy automotive extrusions.

Batch rheometer verification protocols
Every raw rubber batch undergoes moving die rheometer curve analysis before die vulcanization. We measure scorch time, cure rate, and minimum viscosity to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.
Post-vulcanization samples undergo tensile testing, elongation analysis, and 70-hour compression set evaluation in compliance with ISO 9001 and ASTM D395 standards.
