Quality control

Batch rheometer verification protocols

Every raw rubber batch undergoes moving die rheometer curve analysis before die vulcanization. We measure scorch time, cure rate, and minimum viscosity to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.

Post-vulcanization samples undergo tensile testing, elongation analysis, and 70-hour compression set evaluation in compliance with ISO 9001 and ASTM D395 standards.
